During this well rounded hour long Vinyasa based class emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely. You will be guided into the correct alignment for integral poses and mindfully connect each pose to your breath. Tapping into the true mind-body connection. All levels are welcome as pose modifications will be recommended.
